Emporium Suites By Chatrium Bangkok

This hotel is conveniently located in the city center, next to a shopping mall on one side and very near to a BTS station. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always happy to assist. The breakfast spread offers a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. Plus, there is a Chinese restaurant nearby that serves delicious dim-sum buffet.

The bathroom in the room is quite small and dated.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in a fantastic shopping district. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to a variety of delicious restaurants and a huge mall just a short walk away. The hotel was also close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options to start the day off right. the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a gym, spa, and pool area, adding to the overall experience.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, I did find that the elevators were a bit slow, especially during peak periods.

We were initially disappointed with the check-in process at Emporium Suites. the hotel quickly resolved the issue and upgraded us to a spacious two-bedroom suite. The location is fantastic, being connected to two shopping malls and the BTS skyline. The rooms were comfortable and the majority of the staff were excellent. Despite the initial hiccup, we may consider staying at Emporium Suites again in the future due to its great location and room options.

Amazing location right next to Emporium mall with easy access to the supermarket and MTR. The huge room had a kitchenette and was well-equipped with everything we needed. The attentive and helpful staff made our stay more fun. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience. a great experience at Chatrium Suites!

Conveniently located next to a BTS station with a connected mall. Room was upgraded upon arrival, clean and well-maintained. Polite and helpful staff. Enjoyed the pool and variety of dining options nearby. Will definitely return.

The location was convenient, with the hotel fully sheltered and integrated with malls, and just a stone's throw away from the Phrom Phong BTS station. This made it super easy for us to explore the city and visit various shopping centers. finding food and restaurants at the nearby mall was easy. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious and well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds.
